The two gentlemen were professional and went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend both of them. It was hot and humid but they didn't waste a minute and finished on time.

They started out doing a good job but I was concerned that they started the job 4-5 hours after they initially said they would arrive. My concern was with them packing in the dark and, if the time when over what I had scheduled (which it did), fatigue. I was assured by the workers themselves and the company that no corners would be cut, things would be tied down, and that the packing would be just as professional as if they started out first thing in the morning.
The 2 workers started out being polite, accommondating, expediant, and cooperative. However, as the evening wore on, it was evident that fatigue had set in (on everyone's part). They had been working since 5 am that morning and they didn't arrive until 7 pm. The job took them until 1 am the next morning. It was obvious an hour or so before that that that the 2 PODS I had rented were not going to be enough to hold all the furniture and boxes I had. As concerning as that was (and I had to scramble the next day) to find another company who could move and store what remained.
The 1st POD was packed like a jigsaw puzzle. The 2nd one was a bit more difficult due to furniture pieces. Toward the end, the 2 packers got farily sloppy. They were carrying up a plastic storage container that had camping equipment in it that came apart- they had taped one up and not the other. Rather than putting things back, they just threw the individual pieces in the POD (and I found a few things trailing outside from the garage then next morning). I was too tired and distraught by the whole process going so late to argue with them at that point.
When it became evident that everyting wasn't going to fit, the workers' attitudes changed. When they finally shoved the last sofa in (unprotected by anything because we ran out of blankets) upright end to end, I made a comment that the arm was going to be broken and dirty and their comment was "probably." I also asked them to please take a lamp out and wrap it in a tarp, again that was just shoved in between the couch. There was still a small amount of room in the 2nd POD when they left and nothing was tied down. My concern was (and still is) that things were going to shift when the POD was moved and taken to the storage facility. Unfortunately, there was nothing I could do about it at that point (and no one I could call at 1 am).
My concerns weren't addressed and we were all exhausted by 1 am when the movers finally left.
My furniture will be in the PODs for the next couple of months. I won't know until then what, if any damage, has occured but I'm not complretely satisfied that things were packed as carefully as they would have been had it been during the daytime hours when exhaustion wasn't a factor.

The communication between us and hire a helper was excellent. The crew was a pleasure to work with, they showed up on time, they were completely prepared for the job, they were efficient and worked very hard to complete our move. They were respectful of our home and our space and were gentle with the items they moved. I would absolutely use them again.
