If you value your belongings, don’t use these people. At first, we thought they were great! Showed up on time, worked quickly- they were supposed to be there packing and loading for 2 days and finished it in one (we paid them for 2 anyway and even tipped them). A few months later when our container was finally delivered to our new home, we discovered our expensive art was destroyed because they didn’t use the proper packing materials (which we supplied! Almost $1K spent in moving supplies for these guys and they didn’t know how to use them!). To make matters worse, Always Reliable denied having packed any artwork. Fortunately I had photo and video evidence and they were caught in their lie. The packers didn’t even know to put the provided styrofoam corners on paintings to put in the art boxes- we found them wedged in the boxes along with odds and ends that weren’t art. Now I’m out tens of thousands of dollars for one of the paintings- the corners of it are cracked, the finish got stripped off of some areas- and again, despite providing photo and video evidence as well as receipts to prove we provided the packing materials, they came back and said they’d reimburse us about 4% of the painting’s value. There were several other items destroyed due to poor packing. Additionally, they placed a box with kitchen ingredients on top, didn’t wrap the glass properly and our whole unit stunk of Thai fish sauce from a broken bottle that seeped through several other boxes. Unfortunately if they don’t make good on this, we will be hiring an attorney and suing them to recover our losses. What a terrible experience.

Extremely professional and helpful company and team. Nyqwuon in the office was great and made good suggestions. The moving team knew their jobs, and they worked quickly to provide great service. I highly recommend the company. They were a pleasure to work with.

There was a mix up and one man was given the wrong address. The building my son was moving into was very disorganized and you had to take 2 elevators and walk down a ramp and a long corridor to get to apartment. Both men worked very hard with these difficulties. I will use hire a helper when ever I need help. Both men were very friendly and careful with the boxes.
They were able to do the move in the allotted 2 hours after a few hiccups.

Chris and Andre were amazing!!! Such an awesome service!! They used the whole time perfectly. They were gentle with our stuff, more than helpful!! They even helped box up lamps at the end!! Soooo very happy with this crew!! Thank you very very much....huge improvement over the other crew we had.
