I rented a UHAUL which was a mile away from my storage unit, and UHAUL charges per mile. Please remember this as I tell my story. I told UHAUL I will be picking it up at 9:00, and I was expecting the movers around 9:00 as well. At 8:55 when I already have the truck the movers call me saying there is traffic on the George Washington Bridge (I live an hour or so away from it). I am already stuck at the UHAUL or storage unit as I don't want to pay $50 just to go back to my inlaws to relax and wait. Either way, sometime after 10:15 they finally showed up and never apologized, and they loaded up the truck. By they I mean two guys as the third guy was just standing around looking waiting to be told what to do (I believe his friends called him up asking if he wanted to make $100 as the entire time he had a far off look on his face and wouldn't do anything until someone told him to). So we get to the house, and they move items fantastically (though one of them insinuated that one of my lamps sucked). When they left I went upstairs and noticed lots of scratches on the wood flooring I just paid to have done two weeks prior (it was bound to happen eventually so it is what it is). Also, they left a box with a laptop on top of it on the edge of the UHAUL truck, and it fell onto the driveway... the laptop was already broken so I shrugged it off but just letting you all know. Also, the entire time the movers were complaining about previous people that they worked for. Makes me wonder what they were saying about me at their next job. At the end of the day, they were decent and you get what you pay for. I specifically went with them because they were the cheapest moving team. Next time, I think I will pay an extra $50.00.

The guys were awesome! Very professional and efficient! If you need help, these are your guys. Helped unload a 29’ truck in two hours. Note: contents where boxes and to one main location.

They were on time, and actually rescheduled so that we could finish unloading early. They were very prepared for the job and worked hard. They took good care of our property and goods. I would definitely use them again and Nayquhon made sure that we were very satisfied with their work. I have worked with other movers over the years and Always Reliable Moving was among the best. We had realistic expectations and they exceeded them. The guys worked smoothly together like a well oiled machine, even though we had a service truck partially blocking easy access to our truck. Before hiring them, I saw a couple of negative reviews, but some people think that 2 guys can move a 4 bedroom house in a couple of hours. NOT realistic. I am glad that I ignored reviews like that and went with Nayquhon.
