I hired “ARMS” on the Friday before a Saturday morning move (one of those situations where my partner & I could’ve handled it ourselves, but why not hire professionals to remove the hassle). So off the bat, I was impressed and thankful for their availability. The managing specialist, Nahquhon, was prompt, courtesy and very helpful in coordinating the timing and setting expectations for the moving job once I booked. We appreciated our 2 movers coming within the expected time window, working expeditiously, and being respectful. Working with PODS Moving & Storage, “ARMS” was recommended as a top loading/unloading service on the HireAHelper platform, and I can see why. Both teams working together to move my personal items (no large furniture) out of my Brooklyn studio apartment on a very busy street took *only 45 minutes*, start to finish! It was truly incredible and took so much stress off my shoulders. Giving my 5/5 strong rating and recommendation!

I would highly recommend Always Reliable Moving! They were key in making sure my move from New York went smoothly and relatively stress free. They were extremely helpful in working with the PODs driver to position the truck for ideal loading. On top of that they were quick, kind, and right on time. My things were shipped across the country, and they packed the POD well enough that there were no damages to my belongings.

I am giving the movers 5 stars. They worked hard from the time they arrived for 4 solid hours. They were polite and they moved our 3 bedrooms, living room and dining room into 1 16 foot pod container. I do want mention that you have to expect to have 2 men work at least 4 hours to move a 3 bedroom standard house or more as we did not move our kitchen or all kinds of stuff we had in our basement. I would expect to have 2 men work 6 hours at least to actually move a 3 bedroom house.

Keith and Ishmel were fantastic! Everything was moved in quickly and carefully and they managed to squeeze some large furniture into a tiny elevator without a scratch. Highly recommended!

Nayquhon and his crew were outstanding in helping me move. Firstly, I had an issue with a POD not being able to fit in my driveway which would have completely foiled my highly complicated move. Nayquhon proactively called me back with the creative idea to get a UHAUL truck instead that could packed up and then my property was loaded onto the PODs at the POD storage location. In the end, he saved me from a big nightmare and it ended up saving me money in the long run. Always Reliable Moving was very careful with my property and even helped safely move a very heavy piano down a flight to stone steps. All of the workers were very professional and worked diligently to complete the job as quickly as possible in the interest of keeping costs down for me. Highly recommended!
