I would give more than 5 stars for Always Reliable Moving if I could. Customer service and communication with the manager, Nayquhon, was excellent, and he contacted me several times to confirm and coordinate my job. Jaquan and Mel are the absolute best at what they do and are consummate professionals. They arrived early, got to work immediately on my loading job and didn't stop until completion. They communicated constantly, worked diligently and tirelessly, and did an absolutely perfect job. Communication was excellent, the workers are phenomenal, and I give Always Reliable Moving Specialists the very highest recommendation. I am totally happy with their service!

The two people who came and moved my stuff in were great! Very friendly and worked in a good steady pace while taking care of my things. What did not work; they were supposed to come with their own dolly/cart and hand truck. They showed up empty-handed. Luckily I had a hand truck and the building let us use a cart. If they had brought what they said they would have brought we would have gone faster and I would not have been charged for an extra 30 minutes.

Meeting new people and seeing new places. For me it just never gets old.
