Mel and John were completely fantastic, and I would hire them again any time. They were a fast and efficient team, and were very careful in unloading my storage pod (and they finished well within the city-required timeframe). 5 stars+!! The company we hired was called Always Reliable Moving Specialist. Our movers, Mel and Jay worked real hard and packed out the POD 100%. My wife and I couldn’t be happier now that all the heavy furniture is taken care of. We would highly recommend this company.

The two guys who came to move were super helpful, super friendly and super professional. They made it look so easy! We just had them do the unloading and carrying of the heavy stuff, but they did a great job and would definitely use them again in the future.

The two gentleman from Always Reliable showed up within the predetermined window. There was a bit of miscommunication prior to their arrival but nothing that impacted the job. The guys worked really hard. The need to move the stuff down two flights of stairs then up the driveway into the POD added extra time and effort to the job but they handled it well. They did break one of my plastic bins and never mentioned it (found it myself and brought it to their attention). I did a quick check of the contents and it seemed like nothing inside was affected; will find out when I take it out of storage in a month. There was so much going on, I hope nothing else broke and they didn’t tell me. Overall, good experience.

Norm and Ken were excellent! They are experts at loading a POD - managed to fit everything and then a bit more. They were so amazing and we couldn't have done it without them. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Norm and Ken!

Meeting new people and seeing new places. For me it just never gets old.
