What a great experience! This is the second time I've used Hire a Helper and this time was even better than the last (and the last was quite good.). The workers called ahead to let me know they were on the way, arrived on time, worked efficiently, took care with my property, and took the necessary precautions. They wore masks, kept a practical distance and were respectful. While I hope I won't have to move again any time soon (!) I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

They damaged something and didn’t admit to it. They didn’t wrap furniture despite providing all necessary things to do so including pads and blankets. They didn’t secure the pod at regular intervals to ensure that it wouldn’t travel and then claimed that they couldn’t get to them. Overall not a great experience for the price. Between this and the truck it wouldn’t have been much more for a full service moving company that would have done a much better job. Most concerning is that after changing the job, they sent more experienced guys to do it. I can’t imagine what would have happened if they had sent the original guys.

Everyone arrived on time and were extremely nice and respectful. Called before they came up to the house, wore masks the whole time. Very efficient in packing and unloading the truck. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

It’s always a little nerve wracking to hire people to move your personal belongings. The guys from Always Reliable Moving were incredibly respectful and efficient! I have a one bedroom apartment and they were able to unload my moving truck within the two hours I had paid for. At one point I was trying to help out by bringing boxes up stairs and they made sure to tell me to sit back and relax because I had paid them so I didn’t have to do anything. They were amazing!! Highly recommend!

While the helpers were on time and worked hard, they didn't pay any attention to protols for the covid situation we are experiencing. My husband and I are seniors and found that unacceptable. I ended up providing ppe which was discarded after a while. Hope this doesn't happen the next time.
All of my guys know how important it is to take precautions during These troubled time's for their safety and the customers. I will definitely be speaking with the guys on your order to insure an Incident like yours never happen again.

Meeting new people and seeing new places. For me it just never gets old.
