Yes they were on time. Very satisfied at the professionalism and detail they put into rapping and packing our belongings. They were both on point. Very satisfied at the overall experience with pack rat from when i first called to the follow up emails etc. The two movers were efficient and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

Great crew, they did wonderful job, finished job on time and arrived on time. Arrived on time for the move, they also packed items that we were not able to pack oir selves. Excellent job overall.

They were on time and got to work immediately. We had two guys and they both were very thorough. They asked questions and confirmed what boxes were to be moved.
