We had a great experience with Experience Movers. They showed up on time (a little early actually) and were very professional, respectful, and pleasant. Our elevator had gone out of service, and I selected them since they had good reviews from other people with walkups. I was on a budget and only booked them for 2 hours, assuming that we'd just finish part of the move ourselves after their two hours were up, but they really went above and beyond, getting everything downstairs in that timeframe, which, considering the number of the boxes and the limitation of moving things without benefit of a hand cart, was kind of astonishing. I kept encouraging them to take a break, but they only really took breathers, despite the stairs and hot July day. I highly recommend.
