Good service, friendly staff. Everything went smoothly. I did have to reach out to the company first to confirm my appointment and was nervous about the professionalism at first, but everything was fine once the movers arrived. They do care about customer satisfaction which was nice to see. My advice to management is to get more organized in managing incoming appointments and for coordinating staff.
