When it comes to customer service and their respectfulness and kindness, I give them five stars. Unfortunately, a lot of my items were scratched a lot of dirt on my mattress which I sleep on , they were dragging my items instead of picking them up maybe they were tired from a previous job and of course it took longer than expected due to difficulties and other issues. However, the job got done. It was last minute scheduling, I’m grateful it is over
