They arrived on time, but without any equipment they needed for this big job, which they knew about. We provided our own moving straps and dolly. Out of the two men that arrived to help, only one was working hard and strong enough to lift our large item. My husband and the one worker did most of the work (which normally would be fine, but when you’re charging 400+ bucks for moving labor help, I’d expect them to be able to take care of it on their own).
They were only able to complete half of the job (not their fault) but my husband could have used extra help, instead of one of the workers literally sitting and not doing a thing to help where he could. No offer to help at all. Which again, not 100% their fault that the move got stalled due to the item being too large; HOWEVER, they could have helped and put in SOME sort of labor (especially since charging so much) to help and use their two hours to the fullest.
Overall, would definitely not recommend to anyone, and would not choose their help again.

The two helpers we hired were on time, incredibly fast, and professional. We hired them for two hours but they only took one because of their speed and efficiency. I would definitely recommend and work with them again!

John and Omar were great. They worked extremely hard to get my move completed within a reasonable (allotted) time. Conditions were less than ideal - it had just snowed the previous day, but they managed to get all furniture from my old apartment to the new one without any issues or mishaps. They were kind and conscientious as well, and wore masks per my request during the move. Definitely recommend them again - they were excellent.

Never Tired Movers are absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond in handling my move (in the aftermath of a snow storm, no less). They put a lot of careful thought & effort into maximizing my POD storage space and worked overtime to load as many items as possible. Personable, punctual, and super hardworking. I am so grateful to them! Highly recommend.
