Although they arrived a little later than the time scheduled, they called and kept me in loop of their ETA. Once they were home, they were quick and finished everything in the 2 hr slot I had booked. Professional people, I would recommend!

We booked the appointment for the movers less than 24 hours prior to needing them, and scheduled a window of 12pm - 1pm. The movers, John and Omar, called first thing in the morning to confirm their arrival for 12pm. They arrived early, were friendly and efficient, and completed the job in the time that we scheduled. We would absolutely hire them again. There is no way that we would have been able to move without their assistance.

Movers shifted the arrival back and forth. At 1st they confirmed they are coming for 4pm. After the claimed to be arriving closer to 5. At 5 they told me that due to traffic (when was the last time there was no traffic in NYC?) they will show up at 5:50. Finally arrived after 6pm. Poor performance, slow movers, non-existent punctuality. Their hourly rate is overinflated next to the level of services these movers provided. I do not recommend to consider these movers for your moving project.
