I highly recommend Sutton & Co. The guys were fast, efficient, friendly and funny. They were careful with our stuff (marble top dresser, washing machine,...) and did it all with a smile in no time.

In fairness, my job was done on the Saturday of the "Hurricane Irene," however during my move the winds were calm and there was no rain. Good points: Prior to my move John answered my calls and made great contact, he was willing to move the time earlier in the day, and Kyle, the mover who showed up, was friendly and worked very hard. Bad points: only one of my two confirmed movers actually helped with the move (the other showed up 2 hours late-- after everything was already moved), and also, some of my furniture was damaged (little chunks of wood missing) during the move. Overall, I was happy with Kyle's service and John's service before the move but I was disappointed with John the day of the move-- he never answered or responded to my calls, when I was questioning where the second mover was, the day of the move.

I am very satisfied with the movers that helped us! They worked very quickly and efficiently. At the last minute we needed to add an extra mover and the owner was gracious enough to find someone on the busiest day of the month. I would absolutely recommend using j sutton & co. And will use them again for our next move!

The guys were on time for the most part +/- 15 minutes....acceptable. Both guys spent time taping blankets to furniture where I felt it should have only taken one guy to do that. They dropped 2 pieces of furniture and even some boxes. It appeared that one of the guys had never used a hand truck before. Definitely NOT movers, but rather just regular day laborers. No real added value from what I could have done. Very nice guys but I would NOT use this service again.

This was my first time using Hireahelper.com. Two movers were to help remove old furniture from my father's apt.. They were on time. They helped to move other objects as well as debris that was in their way. They were not sluggish & did not try to idle away the time. They were asked to place items in the basement of the apt. building for disposal. All the furniture was neatly stored against the outside basement wall, no clutter. These guys were very professional & courteous. Will recommend to others & use again if necessary. Sutton & Co. gets the job done.

Hired Sutton & Co for a four hour job with two men. Was moving from a single bedroom apartment and had a fair amount of large items including furniture and mirrors. The men were not very delicate with my things, e.g. picking up dressers by the top panel of wood rather than opening up the drawers to get leverage on the frame, as well as bumping into walls. They were an hour late and unapologetic. I'm only so disappointed because this is the second time I've worked with the company and the first time went extremely well. I was eager to hire them again because I had such a great experience with them one year ago. While they worked very hard and quickly, they ultimately did not exercise the same level care as I expected.

Sutton & Co. Moving Services was very professional. The 2 men arrived early and were able to unload my truck within the suggested period of time. Even though it was a hot and humid day they were very careful with all of my belongings and worked quickly and efficiently. If you are moving I would definitely recommend Sutton & Co. Moving Services.

I scheduled Sutton & Co. Moving Services to help me move my daughters furniture into her new apartment on a Saturday morning. After driving a rental truck into Manhattan on Friday evening, I discovered that there was no place to park the truck until the next morning. I drove around lower Manhattan and was in a panic as to what to do. I called Sutton & Co. to ask for advice and they offered to switch gears and immediately unload the truck so that I could turn it in to the rental company and be completely done. Two capable, polite and efficient young men arrived very quicklhy and in short order we were unloaded and all moved in. Sutton & Co. Movers are the BEST - very professional and courteous - and I give them the absolute highest recommendation!!
