These guys were awesome!! They moved me from my apartment in Staten Island all the way to PA. They bring extra boxes, moving blankets, and plenty of tape. They secured all of my furniture, TVs, and kitchen table. They’re extremely professional and made sure none of my stuff got damaged on the long ride to PA. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving. They are fast, efficient, very respectful. Once we got to PA they unloaded the truck and set up everything where I wanted it and even build my bed frames.

They showed up with not the right amount of people . They showed up with the wrong truck . So we needed up moving a lot in our cars with them hence why pay a service .the workers were nice and not their fault .then called and said. Not paying for more time since you don’t have right trick and got billed anyway for extra time !

I enlisted two movers for two hours to move from my parents’ garage to a studio apartment. They arrived right within their arrival window, took apart and put back together a large bookcase that couldn’t fit down the stairs, and wrapped/boxed loose items for me. They were kind and worked very quickly! I asked them for extra help and paid them for an extra hour.

They were a bit late, which wasn't a problem, since they came with an extra person, and with that the job was finished earlier than expected!
They also took good care of my items, and nothing got damaged.
My main concern is that, while at first they showed up at my door wearing masks, and I was wearing one as well, the next time they came back from the truck they were not wearing masks anymore.

After booking - we try to instantly answer all your additional questions and explain to the client as informative as possible - how, when and under what conditions will he move - taking into account his personal requirements and wishes. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
If we have already been hired, you can no longer worry about anything - because in a couple of days we will call and double-check all the details. Two hours before arrival, we will call or send an SMS that we will arrive soon. If something happens, then we will certainly solve any issues at our expense - it is so simple if we respect and value the client.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The only thing that needs to be done is just to call us - we will prompt the rest and organize everything. You just need to answer all our questions and give all the options for communication - phone mail and exact addresses. We have a constant communication dispatcher who will gladly help you to always be aware of all the details of your move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We like the whole process of moving and working with a client - from the first call to the last moment - when we give away our business card to the end of the work and take a joint photo with a happy client. What training do you provide your crew members?
Regularly we do meetings in the office with our employees and before each trip we accent and set up instructions for moving in each specific case - based on the needs of each client in each specific order. Because each order is individual and you need to understand all the main ways to solve complex problems with the least loss of time and with the best solution.
