The Pack Mule team was on time and worked quick as a team. They were able to unload the trucks and carry the heavy furniture upstairs for us. It was a long day but they worked without taking breaks or slowing down. I will look to hire them once again when the time comes to move. They were worth the cost.

The guys were very nice, friendly, and it helped a lot to have them unpack a 26 ft Penske truck. We could not have done it on our own and that quickly. That being said, overall I was not thrilled at the job. There was a ton of stuff but there was no thought in where they put boxes. Most stuff was put all over a room with no walkable paths. I labeled everything with the room it belonged and found many labels were removed (not fell off as the box or bag was damaged below the label when ripped off). Also found a ton of boxes in the wrong rooms that were placed upside down to hide the fact that it was the wrong room. The first thing I had to do before I could unpack is pile up boxes against walls so I could have room to unpack. I also had china and glass broken which has never happened in any previous move.

The gentlemen were very nice. That being said, they charged for a noticeable amount of break time. It was hot, I understand. But when you're being paid by the hour you may want to limit you breaks. As it was, even with considering break times as working time, they said they gave us a free hour - but actually overcharged us by an hour. They do a good job - but definitely make note of their start and end times!

The team was wonderful about contacting us to ensure that we were set for the time. They showed up on time, and were incredibly efficient at moving all the items we had. In fact, they helped make sure our van was properly packed and the items balanced to ensure that nothing shifted while we drove. They were both so friendly, and made it an easy move.I would highly recommend this company.
