I must admit, I was a bit skeptical about hiring a moving company when I started my search. I've heard so many horror stories about what all went wrong. I can assure you that's not at all my experience with these guys! They contacted me immediately and set all my worries aside. They showed up on time and asked me what my expectations were. They truly treated me like they cared about my "stuff" as much as I did. My new place came with a few challenges, but these guys didn't miss a beat! They worked hard, were respectful of my things and the house. They didn't seem rushed and problem solved when necessary. Also, I would like to mention how pleasant they were. Sometimes these situations can be awkward and uncomfortable, but not with them. They actually carried on conversations, treated me like we'd known each other before this encounter. Customer service is everything these days. Whether someone did a good job or not is sometimes irrelevant. People like to feel important, safe and be heard like they matter. This company did just that. Needless to say, my experience exceeded my expectations and I would definitely use this company again. Well done Pack Mule Moving and thank you!!

These men were awesome! They were on time, had everything they needed with them. They went out of their way to assist us. Most of our furniture were very heavy pieces, and they moved them with no problem. There were no broken items, no dents in walls, and we are very happy customers. We would not hesitate to use them again. They have our highest recommendation to anyone needing assistance with moving local or out of state as was our case. Thank you!!!

They were on time, ready to get to work. What I failed to tell them that beside the half full 10x25 storage I also had 2 10X20 one quarter full. They worked hard and was very careful with the fine prices. Four hours later everything was loaded on one 26 ft UHaul truck. we experienced. One small glitch, the 60 inch projection TV wouldn't fit on the truck. So the crew and myself walked it a cross the street ang put in a diipser rDump dumper.3
