We booked Pack Mule Moving to unload our rental truck in Bardstown, KY. We booked thru HireAHelper.com who sent a confirmation immediately saying that they would be in contact with us soon. Hadn't heard from them in a couple of days....so called Brandon Roberts....he verified that he received the booking (I emailed him the address and time)...he responded with...they would be there between 10-11am on Thursday. When Thursday arrived....waited until 11am to call to see what happened.....he apologized said he was having computer problems.....that he was unable to see we were scheduled then....said he would call a couple of guys and get back to me. He called back about 10 minutes later and said that he had 2 guys on their way from Louisville...should be about 45min to an hour....drivers will call en route....Driver called and said they would be there about 1....they arrived on time and got right to work. They were very polite and apologized for the mixup etc....They worked very hard and had me unloaded and moved in within 2 1/2 hours of their arrival. Was impressed with their work....even after they arrived late. Thursday was the only day I was able to get unloaded before truck was do back, so was happy they came thru after the initial issue.

Had problems rescheduling, but they were able to get two guys last minute on my requested day who were nice, strong, efficient and careful with our stuff. They even spotted my printer leaking and got it outside before ink got on anything important.

These helpers were great! They were basically on time, although originally it was difficult to get a specific time of their arrival they did call and confirm when they were on their way. They worked very hard and were extremely careful with my belongings as well as being efficient with packing my truck. I would recommend them!

I would definitely recommend Pack Mule Movers. They were awesome! I had a full condo worth of furniture and it was all moved in 1 hour and a half. The guys were carrying pieces of furniture but themselves. They were so fast. I would definitely recommend Pack Mule to anyone. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will continue to pass them along. They were definitely professional, courteous and on time.
