Pack Mule Moving went above and beyond our expectations. We had attempted to cover all bases but failed to factor in the time it takes to wrap furniture and build a balanced load of furniture and boxes.
The build on the 26-foot cargo space was masterful. Pack Mule took great care in protecting antique furniture pieces and the load arrived 900 miles away with virturally no more than a few nicks.
Most impressive was how this group of men performed in a scorching Kentucky day, the hottest of the season. Yes, we underestimated what this job would require, but Pack Mule came through, working hours into the afternoon to make sure we had been able to take off at 4 a.m. the next morning.
We would not hesitate to recommend Pack Mule to others, or to use them again ourselves (hopefully, it doese come to that for years).

I cannot express how pleased we were with Howard and Jeremiah. We came in from out of state w a large truck. The space was we had to use not large enough. (New home build is delayed). These gentleman were on time, worked so hard, and the best part they had skills to get all we wanted off loaded and stored. I was so happy. No breakages, they handled with extreme care, and very well mannered. I hire again anytime

Brandon, Brad, and Jerimiah were wonderful! PODS messed up and didn't make their delivery day, but these guys delayed their arrival the next day (a Saturday!) because my containers weren't available at the original start time. They worked continuously and managed two 16-foot containers within the planned time. Super nice guys.

I have nothing but good things to report about the service Pack Mule provided for me (a move from a U-Haul into a third-floor condo--in the middle of the summer. no less!).
