Nice and polite. But I feel as though I was scammed. I initially paid for 2 hours, but wound up paying for 5 total. They worked incredibly slow- after the first 2 hours, there wasn't a dent made in the loading. I had to get extra time as the heavier items were still in the home- I'm 5'3 and could never be able to lift this on my own.
In addition, when I got to my destination, I discovered they had damaged my couch- there is a rip at the top, despite it having been bubble wrapped.
Tips for a successful move:
1. Preparation is key. Being ready is essential.
2. When booking labor only services have the proper protective materials ready and available. Moving pads and plastic wrap are vital.
3. When selecting a truck more space is better than too little.
4. It takes longer to load a truck because it's like solving a puzzle. There is strategy involved.
5. In life things do happen so if there are any complaints or damage the first line of defense is to contact the company directly to proceed with any procedures that company may have in place to file a claim or complaint.
6. Other factors that can contribute to a longer move include stairs, elevators, long walks, lack of communication, heat, an extreme amount of stuff, how many crew are members scheduled, etc.

When you book with us you can rest assured that your move will be handled with care. Moving is stressful period. We understand that your life is packed away in these boxes, and we won't drop them.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The crew will arrive on time if not early. Clean and ready to work. Equipment in hand. Customer service with a smile.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience in both local and long distance moves. Mostly residential.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
When the job is done and I can shake the customers hand wishing them well on their new beginning. I love helping people get started on a positive note versus the moving day from your nightmares.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide a lot of video training. The most affective training I have found is to keep the new hire under your wing for some hands on training. Making sure they know how to use the equipment, loading a truck, and surveying a job to get an overview of what needs to be done before we get started. These are just a few things my crew members learn in order to play an important role in making the customers move run smoothly.
