Horrible service from the management part of this company. The loaders could not communicate with me and ended up with serval items they said would not fit. They told me to put them in my car. They were a ladder, step stool, a medium box and two shelving units. I could not put them in my small compact SUV. They had to rearrange and got them in. This was a large pod for a 1000 sq ft house. Be aware and only sign up for 2 hours. I thought it was 2’hours minimum and $150 for an additional hour management said no and charged me for the full 3 hours. It took the loaders 1 1/2 hours. So I was charged $543. for 1 1/2 hours work. Beware of these Crooks.

The team was a good team, they worked the entire time. They did bump a few items when transporting them to the pod but no scratches were visible. The team was polite and punctual as they arrived early and called to confirm. I would always recommend everytime.

These guys are miracle workers. I didn't expect so much of my items to hold in my Pod but they made it work. They were punctual and pleasant throughout the loading process. There were no scratches or damages that I noticed and they worked from start to finish the entire time without breaking. I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone.
