Scheduling the movers to come to the cabin started off pretty easy. However, it took many weeks to coordinate everything. We were confirmed for the move which was occurring on a Monday, as i received such emails however, i received panic emails and phone calls Saturday stating that we weren't confirmed and that if they don't hear from me they are canceling the move. On the voicemail, the man didn't leave his phone number. I tried calling him back from the number he called from and there was no voicemail set up. This continued through Sunday.
The panic last minute confirmation/non confirmation was very discouraging. However, when the team arrived at the property, they were polite, on time and helpful.

Jordan and his crew were very professional. When Jordan realized a lot of my furniture was over 100 years old the first thing he asked was if I had blankets. He wrapped each piece of my furniture before packing it into my POD. I know that I don’t have to worry about what condition my furniture will be in when I move into my home because it was lovingly cared for. Great experience!

We provide required training for Assembly and Disassembly. We provide our crew members with proper heavy object lifting techniques and tools and train them accordingly to their use. We train them on techniques for navigating large, heavy, or complicated objects around and through tight spaces.
