They arrived 15 minutes past their one hour arrival window, took a lot of breaks that I didn’t know would come out of the time I paid for, I got a total of about 2/3 of the work time, and most of that was excessively slow.
I was told I could extend my time but they quoted me about $50 an hour more than the site said extra time would be.
One of them mentioned he was hungover, and the other one hit on my room mate.
My mattress and tv stand were damaged in the move.
They tried charging me for extra flights of stairs because the stairs are split into two per level.
Overall I am dissatisfied with the service I got seeing as I paid so much for very little help.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will follow up with customer to confirm all details of the move, schedule an arrival time for the crew and expect a 24-hour courtesy reminder to make sure they don't need to reschedule or make any changes to their service.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, the driver will do a pre-trip inspection of the truck before heading to the origin address and at that time, we will send a message via text letting the customer know we are on the way and how long until the movers arrive.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Labor Only: A customer should pack all items into boxes and/or totes(unless hiring us for packing), disconnect any water lines for all appliances. A customer should also make sure you rent or buy moving blankets to protect your furniture and some rope or straps so we can secure your furniture in the truck and guarantee a safe trip knowing your belongings will not be damaged. Full-Service Moves: Reserve a parking spot for the moving truck, have everything packed up and ready and let the movers do the rest.
