Well my service started 1.5 hours later than scheduled. They had a lot of trouble getting my stuff out of the storage room causing some damage to some of my furniture. At the time, I was really just happy to have my stuff out of storage luckily my dad was able to repair the minor stuff. I don’t think I would recommend their service to anyone unless you really have no one else.

We booked movers from 9-12 a.m. They requested to come at 7 a.m. which we approved. At 7:40, the day of the move, no one showed. We sent a text and mover returned our call and said that something had come up and they could come at 12. We cancelled service and moved everything ourselves.

The 4 men that showed up were nice and respectful. However, there were issues such as: one of them began to smoke while loading our things. Once I asked him to put it out, he did so quickly and apologized...but he never should have started to smoke in the first place. They showed up early and we were not ready for them as we were still wrapping and boxing up things. It appears they loaded things well on the first half of the truck but the last part was not so great. We employed them for 4 hours and after 3 hours they had the truck packed but we still had things we were packing and then left to load. I didn't want them to standing around so I let them go...an hour early. After they left, we finished boxing and wrapping. I went out to the truck and spent about 90 minutes rearranging the last rows as they had heavy boxes crushing some lighter ones, a mirror just sitting on top, bigger boxes on smaller ones. I was able to re-load and straighten up the boxes and fit on two more pieces of furniture and 7 more boxes. I should have called back the company or had then unload and reload the truck but we were tired and frustrated and just decided to do it ourselves.

The guys helping us move we're awesome! Because of a delay in closing times, I had to push back my scheduled time. Ms Doris was was easy to reach, and it really relieved my stress how easy thing went. The process of scheduling & payment was a breeze. I have already recommended both services to my realtor form futures clients, and friends who are moving soon.
