On the first occasion that we used Helping Hands Moving, although they had a one-hour arrival window, they arrived within 15 minutes of the appointed time. On the second occasion they arrived just before the appointed time. They were prepared for the job and had the necessary materials on hand. They worked extremely hard, with no breaks and no complaints. The two men worked very well together, as a team, with respect for each other and for us. They were helpful. It quickly became apparent that they could problem-solve how to handle the tasks better than we could, but they were always polite and genuinely courteous. They showed sincere consideration for our property and were careful to protect our floors and walls, as well as the furniture they were moving. They were very strong and knew how to lift and move heavy objects. Would we use them again? We already have. We will always call for them when we need help moving. Their number is now on my phone.

They were here on time. They were prepared. They did a good job loading the truck. They were very insistent on payment being completed before leaving. Especially since they finished in an hour and a half and one guy asked for a tip which surprised us since they were getting paid for 2 hours and were done 30 minutes beforehand. No, we would not use again.

The guys did a TERRIFIC job!! They treated my stuff as if it were their own. And "Chief" was able to barely get it all into my pod. Awesome job of packing!!!! And they said it couldn't be done! LOL
