I was very happy with American Discount Moving; Louis was very acommodating on the phone regarding the time to start and he and his helper arrived a few minutes early the day of the move. They unloaded my storage container; some into my house, the rest into my garage, as requested. they worked very hard and fast and were very respectful of me and my property. They finished well within the 2 hours I requested. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Hired 4 helpers for 3you hrs. Only sent 3. After an hour one of the helpers says he hurt his leg and went to sleep in their truck. Other 2 helpers finished loading truck. Took them 2on extra hours to finish. Rather than fight with owner over a total screw up. Just paid them. Wish I hadn't now.

The two guys who showed up to unload the truck knew what they were doing. Unfortunately they came unprepared. They did not bring a hand truck to unload heavy items off the truck. If I didn't have one the unloading would have been harder. They need to do more fromt he stand point of professionalism. The moving people who loaded the truck were far more prepared and professional. At our request they did come much later then we initially planned and in that regard I was glad they coule be more flexible.
