Showed up two hours late.
Two men that were not in great physical shape. We carried all boxes up the stairs. I carefully wrapped my $9000 white sofa only to walk out and see one of them rip it open with sweaty, dirty, hands and proceeded to carry my brand new cushions against their sweat soaked bodies.
They did not want to stay and finish the job because it was the end of the day but ultimately did. They wanted to chat and took three cigarette breaks. Then wanted to charge me an extra hour. I protested but ended up paying because I felt that I had no choice.
They left with all money plus extra collected and were here just under three hours. Took 3 cigarette breaks and spent a substantial amount of that time complaining about unpacking the truck.
Terrible experience. I would caution anyone to only select this company if you are in a pinch and you don’t mind overpaying them to do the work yourself.

The helpers were here shortly after planned start time. They had no idea how far out we were.
They brought a hand truck which I thought was dedicated thinking. These guys were so diligent in their work ethic. I was very pleased with them, the way they handled everything. I highly recommend these gentleman. They are efficient and thorough.
