I was very happy with the Texas Top Tier team. We were moving my daughter from Houston to Dallas and were delayed leaving Houston and called and talked to Rene to let him know when we would arrive. Further delays along the way aand another call to Rene who arranged a time for the next morning.
Marcus and Mark showed up and did a great job getting the truck unloaded on a hot Texas day and into a townhouse with malfunctioning AC (almost as hot inside as out!). I'd use them again and recommend them to others.

Called to let me know they would be an hour late fine. Got to work upon arrival at 6:45 and finished at 7:40 but I paid for two hours. I’d like an hour credited back to me. I kept asking them to load the large heavy items that I could not fit in my car but they kept loading boxes and now I need to rent another truck. I provided blankets for the furniture but they got dirt on my sofa and scratched the front door. They tore the double mattress cover off carrying it out the door which may void the warranty if it has any dirt on it. I double bagged it and got the ones with handles to make it easier. I prefer to pay after a job is done for this reason. I was their last job and he was very rude at the end when asking me to sign the invoice . I prefer different unloaded for tomorrow. I’m not a happy customer.

The movers who came to my home, Rene and Marcus, were great. They came on time, were well prepared with their own hand trucks and equipment, they worked very hard, and accomplished unloading an entire 16 foot pod within the three hour framework, carefully helping me place the bookshelves in different rooms. They were very respectful of my property and preferences, and I would definitely use them again. I had a ton of book boxes, and they were very positive and encouraging to me the whole time. Thanks so much guys!

Arrived late due to dispatch sending them to the correct street address but wrong city. They did not stay the entire time prepaid for. Paid for 4 hours they unloaded all items from Pods, but I would have used them to sort and move boxes into the house. I paid for their services, my name was on account. I did not officially release morning for them to go. My husband is mid 70’s and that is the reason I hired services for a full four hours.

When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
