DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They were nearly an hour late and first thing out of their mouths was, “Bathroom!” They didn’t even say anything polite when they arrived. I thought they would be a good fit due to their company name and reviews. I was horribly wrong!
They arrived at 6:43 pm and left at 8:43 pm. I hired them for 3 hours which they didn’t complete. They did a great job wrapping my sectional couch, but were extremely careless with everything else. Boxes were packed in the truck with no consideration for being heavy or fragile. Many of my boxes were crushed and/or were placed on the bottom of a stack. Some heavy boxes were put on top while other boxes were put in sideways. Because they wanted to leave, my bedroom furniture was not wrapped in any blankets and was left unprotected. Because they wanted to leave early, they chose not to use the remaining 2 dozen blankets to wrap the bedroom items. The bed frame was broken in several places, and my dresser was damaged. Multiple boxes were thoroughly crushed and many items were broken or destroyed. I provided a U-Haul TV box for use with my 86-inch flat screen, and they did not pack it correctly despite the directions and pictures on the box. It arrived completely broken and it appears that it was dropped. The carelessness of their customer service is inexcusable.
I hope that this situation can be resolved, and if so, I will update this review.

They were hours late, dropped boxes on garage floor so many glass items were broken. Large scratch done top of dining room table they scratched on front door. Dropped my vintage credenza(in fairness they saw a snake!)
Left their drink containers at my front door. First experience was great. This one not so much. I had to pay an extra $88 to U-Haul for returning truck late due to their tardiness.

They were two hours late and I was not impressed with their loading. They said they had five jobs that day and were only helping their boss since he was slammed with work. The two guys were nice and trying to make light of a tough situation.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
