As noted on prior reviews, Rene was amazing. He was communicative, always calling us to let us know status and when he would arrive. Once he and his helper arrived they were amazing. They led our family members who were there to assist through the best method of loading and getting everything on the truck. If we have another move, we will definitely be calling Texas Top Tier Movers.

John and Josh did a great job. They did everything I asked them to do with no problem. They were a replacement crew because the original crew did not show up. This is about the company not the crew. I had to call several times to see when someone was coming. I received a text that my time was almost up before anyone came to my house. I was scheduled for between 9 and 10. Once the company contacted John he called me directly to let me know how much time he had left to do at his first job. He told me he would call when they were on the way. He called and was here at the time he said he would be. As I said above the crew was excellent the company failed on getting someone here on time.

Rene was amazing! He went above and beyond and even helped us park our gigantic U-Haul. Nothing was damaged and he was quick. I even accidentally put in extra hours and he called corporate to get it fixed for me. Don’t hesitate, just book them!!!!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
