On time and did a great job.
The movers that had originally packed the Pod (NOT Texas Top Tier) didn't do a good job at all, and there were several broken things.
The Texas Top Tier guys were careful to make sure they did the best they could to make sure nothing else got broken and showed me what was going on as they unloaded the pod.
They were very friendly and did a great job of making sure everything was taken care of.
They were also very fast getting it done.

Edit: I had to spend a couple of weeks trying to file a claim with hire a helper because some of our furniture items were damaged when we got to our destination. I had rented 3 dozen furniture pads, but I don't think they used any of them since the only items that were wrapped were the ones I wrapped myself (even though they said they'd help with that in the phone when they called that morning). Its been resolved now, just if you decide to book with this company make sure you pick up your rental equipment the night before and wrap everything yourself.
I can't remember the names, but the loaders were really helpful. The job went faster than I expected and was really easy. Just wish we had helpers to unload at our destination, but it's too rural. Thanks for the help!

They were 4 hours late. Did not listen to specific instructions as to how to get here and got lost. Finally arrived and one of them stayed on phone with girlfriend who was wanting a pic of his ID from his phone. Then he disappeared for a few minutes and came back saying he was sick and had to go puke outside. They did not follow instructions well and did not put all electric plugs back where they were as requested. Now the cord to my electric scooter is who knows where and cannot charge it! I am disabled and this is a serious problem! Cannot afford to buy a new one! Is your company going to replace it for me? Please let me know asap!

Excellent job, I was very pleasantly surprised how well they did. Arrived on time, and even finished a little early with a bit of space to spare for my last-minute boxes to be added afterwards. Everything got packed very well, and they were very professional. Would definitely hire them again.

When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
