Two hard working individuals and very professional. They called a couple of times before they arrived to let me know they were held over on a previous job but there were coming and were checking with us to make sure everything was ok.
When they arrived, I showed them everything that needed to be moved and got out of their way. This is our second time using "Hire a Helper" and both times we have gotten above and beyond service.

Crew arrived earlier than scheduled which was fine and loaded furniture in half the time they were scheduled for. However when unloading the furniture it was not in the same condition as it had been prior to being moved (major scratches on furniture, ripped fabric on box spring). Disappointed in the quality of service - would’ve rather they taken more time to be cautious as they were schedule an additional hour that they didn’t need.

Precisely on time. Took great care in wrapping and loading a complex piece of equipment and substantial amounts of supporting materials into an SUV. They were efficient and friendly. We appreciated their expertise in safety loading the vehicle for a long drive. Would definitely recommend them.

When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
