What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer can expect nothing but five star service! Here at Elevate Moving we strive to take care of every customers belonging as if they were ours. They can expect no stress when we arrive and complete the job. We are a hard working company and aim to please our customers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If they are hiring labor only. We would like to have boxes taped up, all TV's need to be either in original boxes or be in a TV box. We like to also come into a clean environment so the guys can move your items safely and efficiently. We like the customers to be completely transparent with us and tell us everything we are moving before hand, so we can be as prepared as possible.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle all moves. We do long distance, local, office moves, retail moves, etc. We also can take care of any packing and unpacking needs!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about owning a moving business is that we accomplished physically and emotionally after every move. I love to be able to handle something that is super stressful and be able to take care of it myself.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I have done hands on training with all of my workers.
