These guys did such a great job packing our 1800-pack-rat units, and they did so in a timely manner. The only issue I had was that near the end the lead guy gave me a hard time about not being able to finish in time and that he was losing out money on his next job, and I should have known better to have ordered an extra hour with them. These comments from him really soured the day, as I was handling the management of my family's move on my own, stayed with them all morning and bought them breakfast, and unbeknownst to them a pretty sensitive person who had an extremely stressed out week. They nearly had me in tears, and only then did the lead guy back off a bit saying it was no problem, but I found the comments to be really unprofessional. All that being said - they still did a very good job of all the physical stuff. That one guy in particular maybe just needs to work on his customer service skills?
