The dudes were GREAT don't get me wrong. They busted their ass but I broke mine too. Paid for 9-10 and showed up near 9:45. I had almost my entire storage unit loaded when they got there. Went to the last house and up till then they were great dudes. Got to my NEW HOUSE and found at least a dozen GOUges in my new hardwood floor. I didn't think I had to ASK for them to fix it or compensate me or drop something off the top. I paid an extra 150 for an extra hour and after the floors he wanted me to pay another 150 off the books but it would benefit me cuz it wouldn't go thru the app. It benefited HIM cuz it was the same price for me.
Before that, I tried to Zelle him the money (cash) for the off App work. My Zelle kept kicking it back and I did this the weekend I was moving and trying to get payment. Saturday Sunday and Monday I was tired but I was at work too. HE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME I WAS DODGING HIM AND HE WAS GOING TO GO TO THE SHERIFFS to get his money. I responded about the GOUGES on my floor and he said I said don't worry. AT THE TIME I said Don't worry to get the job done. DON'T FORGET ABOUT THEM OR ASK!!1 FIX THEM
So now I have threats of going to the sheriffs on me and my floor, NEW FLOOR NEW HOUSE SEVERAL GOUGED!!!!!

Everything seemed fine and friendly, until a month and a half later when I started receiving texts from my watch that was missing since the day of the move. It was from someone replying to their sister who just bought this kool watch. I looked for the box that it was an and the whole box was missing, with alot of my personal stuff and electronics that I have since had to replace. I will NEVER use your service again and do not wish this on anyone else. Thieves everywhere!

Dan & Shawn were kind, considerate, careful & respectful of my furnishings. They were a great team! The precision & skill of how they managed to load my items onto the PODS unit was awesome. I feel confident that my goods will arrive in great condition. I highly recommend you give them a call for your short or long-distance truck-packing. If you are reading this and are wanting to hire movers, I’m telling you to definitely go with Holiday Helpers! Let me start by saying they had to deal with crappy outside stairs to get the furniture into the apartment here. I think they deserve six stars for the heck they had to go through but still managed to make it work!
The team was courteous, professional, and somehow managed to get everything up without squishing themselves. These guys worked SO hard and even helped me tidy the empty moving truck at the end. I cannot stress enough that they went above and beyond to handle my items with care and think outside the box to deal with clearances that were impossibly tight. The poor dudes really had their work cut out for them, but they managed to stay upbeat and friendly despite dealing with a challenging home.
Seriously, Danny and Brian were absolute angels to have managed the four hours of work here. They moved big furniture pieces and boxes and set stuff up. Moving is always not fun, but these guys took care of the hardest part. I’d totally hire them again for my next move!
