They are not a 1, but certainly not professionals. I had 2 major problems. They were not on time. Even when they called to say they were running late, they said they would be there in 25 minutes. They did not arrive until 50 minutes after that. Secondly, to be careful I booked and paid for 5 hours when they job only took them 1.75 hours. On the Wall mounted TV's they left the brackets on the wall as expected, but they left the second half of the bracket on the TV's that are now on the truck. When I informed them of their error, they were not willing to go back and do it right, even though I had still paid for an additional 3 hours of work. I guess if you want it done professionally, hire professionals.

No they were not on time, they were not prepared for the job, they did not work hard, they were not respectful of property and goods, and no I would not use them again. The helpers were more than 45 minutes late, with no notice. The owner of the company dropped off three "movers" and I use this term EXTREMELY loosely, as they were all kids who obviously had no clue how to load a moving truck...particularly one going across the country...which I DID mention in the request. p.s. they all had backpacks with them too, so hard telling if any small items disappeared. I requested three movers, which I suppose you could say I got since three bodies were on premises, but it seemed like only two of three movers were ever working at once. We ended up having to unload the truck and all I can say is thank goodness we didn't drive that load two-thousand miles. When we unloaded, we found that the movers hadn't used the (three dozen) moving blankets to wrap our furniture resulting in multiple scratches, dings, and assorted damage to my furniture (even though it only sat in the truck 3 days). They didn't even wrap a glass table top we had bubble-wrapped. Oh, did I mention said moving blankets were shoved into the middle of the load? I told the helpers that the boxes were stacked heaviest-to-lightest in the house already, but they decided to mix the stacks up however they **** well pleased, and ended up damaging multiple boxes. I'll have another crew re-load the truck.

This company was absolutely amazing was on time did a awesome job the 2 guys work together as a team and got everything packed tightly and nicely not one thing was broke during transit from Arizona to Connecticut would highly recommend

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A generated email confirming our appointment date is sent. Texting and phone conversation about the move generally takes place between the customer and one of our STM associate.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Generally on the day prior before the move one of our associates will call or text you to confirm the move. On the day of the move our mover will call the customer to give them their ETA. Last minute questions and concerns take place here as well.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We try to make moving as simple and straight forward as possible. Most important is to have plenty of moving blankets on hand. Moving blankets are detrimental to all moves. Be sure everything is packed. This will make the moving process go much quicker & smoother. We will be happy to advise
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed local moves, as well as offices, hotels, big homes, and 2 whole schools! We have moved classic cars across state. Driven uhauls with a pod or car trailer in tow across the USA. We have plenty of long distance experience.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We like being at different places all the time. Doing long distance moves allow us to see the country as well.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Training starts off with small moves with an experienced seasoned STM mover. Training comes with safety rules, the do's & dont's of moving & building endurance. Training also consist of learning how to better our customer service skills and to be communicative with our customer & head team lead.
