Prior to our moving day, communication was poor. They showed up without any hand trucks and they were very rushed. In moving so quickly they gouged our ceiling with furniture and were pretty rough with our belongings. When we asked them to move our sectional sofa (it was put it in the wrong spot) he responded by saying, "you know, you can move it yourself later." They kept trying to leave and ask us if there was anything else we needed done only one hour into the two hours we hired them for. After they had left, we noticed that they had thrown the empty water bottles we gave them onto our front lawn. We hired them because they were the cheapest option locally, for good reason. Strongly do not recommend- spend a few more dollars on your move and hire from a different company.

The team who arrived to help unload my storage unit worked efficiently and did take care of my items. Communication prior to the appoint was not ideal and took several phone calls back and forth as estimated time of arrival kept changing.
