I hired three helpers for two hours because I needed to move a baby grand piano plus 4 rooms of furniture back into my home. The Box Moving Company arrived on time and were very careful not to scratch my newly refinished wood floors. They finished the job within the two hour period. Highly recommend them!

They arrived on time and took a lot of care to pack up our truck tightly and carefully, since they knew we were driving across states to our new apartment. Nothing was damaged and we ended up having a lot more room in the truck than we anticipated! We were their last job on a very hot day, and they stayed on for an extra 90 minutes to make sure everything was packed up, and tied down very securely. They were also polite, professional, and very nice to have around. I would highly recommend them!

The Box Moving Company was great to work with right from the start. A prompt and courteous phone call placed to me by the owner Mike explaining their rates and availability after I had filled out an online application made me know I had chosen the right company for the job; no shady maneuvers or other unnecessary up-selling techniques were employed and Mike was attentive and responsive the entire conversation. My fiance and I needed two reliable movers to help move her furniture and other items, along with the many toys and furniture items of her 6 year old son (my future stepson), from her studio apartment into where I am currently living. The day of the move, after I had arrived with the U-truck I had to rent (The Box Moving Company currently only has movers to support your moving needs but no trucks, something which didn't affect our move in any way whatsoever) Mike arrived with the two other individuals who were assigned to our move. Dan and Nick were the two workers who would be assisting us this day and they were great the entire two hours of help. We walked them through the apartment and mentioned what had to be moved and expressed our concerns and preferences for which things were to go where in the rental truck. They dutifully and without attitude followed our instructions in loading the truck and then followed us to my place where everything was unloaded and brought into the house the exact same way it was moved out. It all went so smoothly, I can't even believe how easy it all was from start to finish! These guys were professional and top-of-the-line individuals from beginning to end, I can't speak highly enough of them. Thanks to all at The Box Moving Company, you made what could have been an extremely stressful day into something much more pleasant and streamlined. If you're thinking about hiring these folks but haven't gone ahead yet and committed, please go ahead and do so, you'll be very thankful for it.

We had several issues with the 2nd mover not arriving until the unloading had started, but our first guy was incredibly professional and organized. I do wish they had realized the timing issue with the 2nd mover prior to our service starting, but Mike, the owner, worked with us to make up for lost time and kept the process running smoothly until the end of our move.
