Three guys took 6.5 hours to load a truck that took a different team 3 hours to load the same truck. Several smoking breaks on my dime. They were led by the owner of the company. So it seams that what the boss does is alright for them to do also. Don’t use them if you need to leave on the road at a certain time because you will be late.
