I received Services from this mover and boy oh boy were these guys worth EVERY single penny I spent on them. They arrived on time AND got right to work. They were extremely professional, patient, gave me their professional opinion on the entire move on what would be best for me and had a healthy sense of humor. The guys did a nice job unloading the truck contents into the house. They arrived at 9:55 relative to a 9-10 scheduled arrival. They were friendly, helpful and did everything we asked in terms of assembly and moving things around. They did not wear face masks but we did not request either. Finished on time.
One thing I would have liked is more communication with the company prior to the move. As I have experienced with some other Hire-A-Helper movers, they are in "radio silence" until the day before. No response to earlier inquiries. It had no effect on the actual move but it is a little unnerving when you can't get an answer to a simple text message or phone call to request confirmation.

They seemed knowledgeable packing the truck but when the truck was unpacked our dining room table was ruined. They didn't separate the base from the top and laid heavy boxes on top crushing the base. The same with our futon. Our large tv's base was broken and our lazy boy recliner is ripped on the side from rubbing. Both our grill and lawnmower had wheel damage. There may be more but this was the most obvious. We are still unpacking.

We had to move in the middle of the corona virus. On the morning of our move, Ronny called to inform us that one of our helpers was sick and to ask if we were ok with only one mover coming out. The price was adjusted through hireahelper and soon Irvin was at our place. He was on time, friendly and respectful toward us and our belongings and with our help, able to pack the truck like an elaborate jigsaw puzzle. We would have preferred two moving men, but under the circumstances, we felt Movelogix handled the situation professionally by being honest and offering what they could. We would use them again.
