Timothy, Joseph and Dale were on time, prepared, so polite and very hard working. This was our first experience hiring movers and we could not be happier. There are not enough stars to give them. Also, when I would call into the office they were so accomodating. All In The Family Movers is the best!! We are hiring them again for when the next house is complete. So thankful for them!! Joseph and John arrived promptly, They immediately took charge and guided my family through how they thought the truck should be loaded based on the items in my apartment. They were hard workers and very careful with my belongings. They were very polite young men. I cannot say enough good things about these young men.
Also, when I called to verify the request with All in the Family movers, the owner was professional and answered all of my questions after confirming the contract.
I hope that I won't be moving again anytime soon but, if I do I will definitely use All In The Family Movers.
When John and Joseph were leaving, they went up to each of my family members and shook their hands. They thanked each person for the work and explained the details of this survey and what to do if we had any concerns after the fact. Of course, I have none because Joseph and John were so careful with my household belongings! Great Job. I would definitely recommend this company and Joseph and John!

The Adam and Duane did a very good job for me. They called in advance to say they were on the way. Upon arrival and introductions, they got straight to work. They were very careful with my things and places them where where I needed them to be. Very respectful and contentious with their work.

I have used many movers, over the years, and even the ones that provide only packing/unpacking of the truck and no driving, bring some equipment to make their job easier on them. All In The Family movers had no equipment and had to use my hand truck. Nor was I asked ahead of time if I had equipment, furniture padding, etc., which I did have, but I still should have been asked ahead of time.
They were late, BUT they called and told me they would be late, so that is a positive for them.
One of the movers was new and had no idea how to pack a truck, so some of my furniture had to be left behind and I had to go get it later on, even though my truck was PLENTY big enough to fit the furniture I had. Professionals know how to pack a truck properly. It is their job to know this.
I'm paying by-the-hour....that means NO SMOKE BREAKS! I'm not paying you to smoke while the other guy does all the work! It isn't fair to other employees that smokers take breaks that non-smokers don't get and it angers customers to see this when they are paying for service. If you have to have nicotine that badly, that you can't go 2 hours without it, (ended up 3.5 hours) don't be a mover.
Would I use them again? Absolutely not. What should have taken 2 hours, took them 3 1/2 and it was because they didn't know how to pack the truck properly. This something you expect "professionals" to know. I shouldn't have to pay extra for their misjudgement, but yet I did. Since I move often, I know EXACTLY how long packing the truck should take if done by professionals who know what they are doing.
Very disappointed in this company. I won't use them again.
