The men were on time and polite. However, I discovered this morning that the bottom rails of my bed were not attached, which explains why none of the drawers were seated properly. I also discovered a scratch on my floor. The bed was carried into the house in one piece to avoid having to take it apart. That was no problem, but they should have had the necessary tools to ensure that the frame was secure. Had it been, I suspect the floor would not have been ruined. They also did not move floor lamps, computers or vacuum cleaners, even with a second trip and plenty of space. I had to take two car trips to get everything else. Would not use again.

This company was so good! Kelly, the person of contact, was very nice considering my late request and was very informative and her communication was wonderful!
The two men that did our moving did a wonderful job and were so nice considering they had to bring our stuff to the third floor. I’m eternally grateful!

I was very pleased with the two men who did the loading and unloading. They worked very hard and the furniture was very very heavy. They were very careful with everything and I was very satisficed. Showed up on time. Were extremely courteous. Didn't bat an eyelash about the rain. I was thrilled to find someone who would work the Sunday of a holiday weekend because that day was about the only day we could do the move.

They were on time, we honestly didn’t expect them until the later part of the time frame.
They had pads for all of my furniture and they even had wrapping to put on my mattresses for protection. The worked well as a team to get the job done.

They arrived on time and worked like beavers to get things ready to load. They moved everything by hand unless it was on a pneumatic tire lift. Then when it was located, they hand lifted it into place. Love the care they gave to my "stuff"! Didn't matter whether they were moving it "out" or moving it "in". They were totally doing the "best thing" for my "stuff"! Highly recommend this company for all you moving needs!
