They were prompt and on time. However, a few items were damaged in the move. They were in a rush to get to their next job and I believe that's why the items were impacted.

The worker showed up early but 2 of them were not there. So the 2 that came slept in their car for 2 hours until the other guys showed up. Two guys loaded the downstairs and did an excellent job. You could tell they were well trained. The 2 who loaded the upstairs did not do as I told them. You could tell they were not trained. They should have split up the trained and untrained. Several of my items were scratched badly. They did work hard and got the job done. Four guys showed up to unload our pods on time and did an excellent job. They worked hard with an excellent attitude. I would certainly hire them again.

They both worked very hard in this heat. Both were very polite and put the items exactly where we wanted them. They were also very careful with Fragile items.

AJ & his team were awesome!! Gave me a 30 min heads up when they were on their way, and were really communicative throughout the move. They were careful with our things & took care packing our storage cubes right so that we shouldn’t have any issues during transport. I’m so thankful for their help!
