Calvin and Henry (whose name I am hopefully not misremembering) did an amazing job! My moving pod arrived with items having shifted around badly, and the two of them moved everything quickly and with care. Incredibly friendly and great energy as well, will definitely be using them again next time I have to move!

I hired 2 movers for 2 hours to unload my elderly mom's 8 x 8 Pod. 2 guys showed up on time, with no moving dollies, and they were in no hurry to unload. They kept pushing my mother to purchase an additional hour of moving services. When she told them the 3rd time that she didn't have the extra money for an additional hour, they finally realized that they were not getting extra money and started unloading her Pod. When I called the company to complain that after an hour they hadn't made a dent in her Pod, they did not answer and I left a voice mail with my complaints and concerns. My mother said she watched them standing around talking and moving at a snails pace. So when the movers had about 20 minutes left of the 2 hour paid time, I got a call back from the company for me to release the funds to their company. I told the lady my complaints and she only made excuses and tried to get me to pay for an additional hour!!! So needless to say, I Do NOT recommend this company. And no, they did not get my mom's Pod unloaded in the 2 hour window and her heaviest items were a washer and dryer. I am informing PODS themselves as they recommended this company. This company may be great but the folks I dealt with were not. I will not use this company again or recommend them.

They arrived early and was finished by 8:40am. Calvin stated that they could not assemble anything that they didn’t disassemble because it was their policy. $350 for unloading the truck and now I have to assemble everything is ridiculous. I have moved several times and never had this issue. I am highly disappointed.

After booking with Key Movers my customers can expect a phone call within 24 hours of booking to confirm a time and place for their move. We will also go over your inventory items and discuss supplies needed to meet your satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When Hiring Key Movers we will be on time, move fast and efficient, and let our customers know exactly how the move will go.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should make sure things are cleared out the walkway and make sure all items are packed up reasonably. Please let us know where to park and also plan for your pets.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled local, long distance, and office moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love to load the trucks up because its like a game of Tetris. Seeing the overall picture of how so many items can neatly stack into a truck amazes me. Also just being able to help and see the smile on my customers face motivates me even more.
