Marlo was fantastic! Gave me a heads up when he was on his way, notified me he'd be late due to traffic (it's Charlotte... you can never plan for how bad it will be), and was very casual and pleasant to work with. Him and RJ did a great job handling everything with care and speed, and notified me immediately if there was an issue (an old cheap couch of mine had something inside it snapped, but it was old and not very well made). They came prepared with straps, dollys, pads, and were very thorough. All this, added to the fact he squeezed me in at the last minute maybe 12 hours before I needed him. Phenomenal work, and at a very fair price.
