I can’t tell you how many of my things arrived broken. No regard to the boxes that said fragile. They were all stacked on the bottom and smashed. Smashed tv stand that had too much weight, smashed chair that had too much weight. I wish I could post pictures.

They did a wonderful job for being a last minute call (our other movers cancelled on us!). They were efficient with timing, careful with objects and avoiding damage to the house. Great and easy to work with - would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with moving or unloading a POD (like us)!

In My original review, I gave 5 ?s...however, after thinking about it, it seemed appropriate to edit my review. I'm giving 3 stars. Silberio was prompt to show. I wanted to start off on the right foot, so I handed both he and his crew member a $50 bill. He said, " no, no, later, later!" I insited he take it at that time, and he countered with..."don't blame me if shi* breaks!" ...I didn't quite hear what he said, and giggled myself. Later, I asked my Partner what Silberio said, and I was upset when I realized what was said. The very first items that were brought out to the truck, fell to the ground because the loaded cart was pushed up the ramp, rather then being pulled. The force of the wheels hitting the beginning of the loading ramp, caused boxes to shift and crush the underlying boxes and the 55" TV stand went flying. The stand hit the pavement, scuffing it. Silberio called out, "see, I told you!"
His crew member had body odor so bad, that we thought the inside of the truck was soiled. We caught wind, and realized where the smell was coming from and took every effort to avoid being downwind from that point on.
Because of the first comment made, I felt the need to discuss how the truck was being loaded for the 10+ hr drive to my destination. I shifted some glass items that were placed horizontally flat rather than vertically on their side. I corrected the positioning of boxes.
At the end when it was time to process the payment, he stood over me and watched. I appreciated the help to guide me thru the process, but I felt rushed. He made a comment that he "hoped I would give him a good review!" Because he was standing so closrly, I gave a higher review than I wanted.

These guys were the best. Called me the night before to confirm and we were in constant communication until I got to my storage unit. Had an issue getting the truck so they were waiting on me. I was having the day from hell and they were very understanding and patient. Got done quickly so I could get in the road.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .
