All in all I would have to say they did a good job, they were late though due to another move that was booked to close to my time window of availability I choose. Kind of wish that if they knew they were going to go over on time, that the company would have sent out another 2 helpers who would have met my time line that I picked on the website. This threw off my moving schedule, due to a small window I had for loading time. As well as the time I had to vacate my apartment, and put the finishing touches on cleaning. I understand things do happen, but communication is very important were business is concerned. Other than this, they were very respectful and friendly. I liked how one guy packed the truck ?? while the other took the boxes down. The tuck was packed well, and I still had room to fit a couple more big item's. It was a very hot ?? day, so i made sure I had ice water and handed them an extra Gatorade upon completion.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .
