They arrived on time, but I felt they didn't utilize their time effectively. They asked me for moving blankets and stretch wrap, which I had but I was expecting them to bring their own. They hardly used any of the moving blankets I provided and chose to just wrap items in stretch wrap. Once they ran out of stretch wrap they just packed things in the POD and tried using trash bags as buffer between items; still not using moving blankets. As a result of their packing we had some wood furniture with scratches, and, more significantly to us, our 8 month old stainless steel refrigerator ended up with 2 golf ball sized dents and significant scratches on our freezer door. If I had to do it again, I would go with a different company.

Great job!!! Everything went perfectly!! I was very nervous booking this for my 83 yr old mother. They were on time , courteous, and hard working! They finished in exactly the 2 hours I planned!
