Great service by the 3 guys that arrived. They did a great job unloading the pod. They put everything in it's proper place & took great care in the handling of our belongings.

John and Dale were fantastic. Arrived on time and worked for 5 hours. Moved very heavy furniture without complaints. Highly recommend this crew and would definitely use again.

They badly damaged my furniture and literally dropped my washing machine off the back of the moving truck. I didn't spring for the more robust insurance thinking "how bad could they be?" - I was wrong. Attitude good. Initial Price good. Total cost of hiring them (once you include the cost of a new washing machine and repairing damaged furniture) was crazy high

Mover's response:
We always admit our mistakes, and we do apologize for the damages caued. We aren't perfect, and we always strive to be better. Our guys were victims of a wet ramp from water that spilled from the machine itself and caused treacherous conditions throughout the unload. Hire a helper informed us that since you didn't provide any furniture pads for your items, the scratches that occurred to your desk during transport couldn't be covered by them. We fully cooperated with Hire a Helper regarding the claims process, and unfortunately we couldn't do more due to their regulations.
