The guys were on time and very efficient. They packed even more into our POD than we were expecting due to their ability to plan ahead and utilize every possible space.

The men were on time and worked consistently although it took longer than expected. When truck was unloaded it was noted that many of the furniture pieces didn’t have their blankets shrink wrapped. A tear was found in the mattress from sliding something in between the mattress and a shelf. A hole was found behind the laundry room door from when they moved the washing machine out. I would probably not use TBC again.

You actually started out with facts, we are punctual and have a great work ethic.... however, we just happen to have video proof that you did not allow us to load the truck (we can show you this upon request). Once we got there, you and your son already loaded all the boxes onto the truck, and you told us to only place furniture items on the sides of the truck so that you and your son could arrange them how you wanted them. ??So unless we used supernatural powers after we were gone to slide some

We have used a different moving company through Hire a helper several times. This time the best I can about movers is they were on time and respectful. We don't believe they were prepared with the knowledge of how to move our furniture. They seemed overwhelmed with the job and were challenged with how to load the truck. They were not efficient movers. Therefore, we will not be using them again.

Sorry that you felt this way ma'am; your husband (who was actually observing us throughout the whole job, while you were in the house most of the time) stated that we did an excellent job however, and we completed the task within the 3 hour limit. We also gave you an extra half hour for free because one mover had a stomach bug at the start. Nothing was damaged and we were super careful. So we are very happy with the job we did, and we know we will provide PLENTY of excellent service in the futu
